Delivery Info

We offer a delivery service to most areas in Trinidad & Tobago. Should you wish to order internationally (outside of Trinidad & Tobago), we may be able to ship items to you, but please contact us at style@dossiermaternity.com before ordering. 

Cost

Your delivery cost is separate to the cost of your item from Dossier Maternity and will depend on your location. The delivery cost can be paid by cash upon delivery of your item. Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer card payment in person but this facility will be coming soon. You can, however, do a mobile bank transfer for the delivery cost, should you have this ability. 

Should you wish to reduce your delivery cost, you can also choose to meet our courier at a location closer to Port-of-Spain, where we are based.

Process

When ordering your item, please leave your name and contact information and we will respond to you, within 1 hour of purchase, to arrange delivery. We will require your exact address, which can also be sent via WhatsApp location pin (number to be provided following purchase) and a day/time that you will be available to receive delivery. 

Should you place your order before 8am, we may be able to offer same day delivery, however in most cases delivery will occur the day after your purchase has been made.
